This contract asks you to send at least one crew member on a lunar flyby and return them safely to Earth within the capsule's mission duration. You do not need to enter lunar orbit; you need a transfer that reaches the Moon's sphere of influence, passes by safely, and leaves a trajectory that can be recovered on Earth.
